Aaron Posner's fearless, funny, and quietly devastating riff on Chekhov's The Seagull. Artists and lovers collide at a lakeside house, chasing love, fame, and someone to blame. Staged inside a warehouse around a half-built proscenium (scaffolding, lights, and backstage all in full view), the production sets Chekhov's grounded realism beneath Posner's wry, modern pacing: absurd and painfully real in equal measure, this is the kind of play where you find yourself in every character, sometimes uncomfortably. Runtime: approximately 2.5 hours with one intermission. Recommended for ages 16+.
